Sabrina A. Hall has significant experience with homeland security related law and policy matters, particularly in the area of immigration. She was hired as an attorney for the former Immigration and Naturalization Service pursuant to the Attorney General’s Honors Program in 1998, and began her career in Los Angeles, California. After the creation of the Department of Homeland Security in 2003, Ms. Hall became an attorney for the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and until 2010 was the Deputy Chief Counsel in Dallas. She currently is the Chief of OPLA’s Training Division in Falls Church, Virginia. From 2007-2010 she was assigned as the Director for Immigration and Visa Security Policy for the Homeland Security Council, and later the National Security Staff, at the White House. Ms. Hall graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Texas in 1995. She received her Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1998 and is licensed in the State of Texas.
