Rebekah Ryan Clark

Rebekah Ryan Clark worked for the past four years in Boston as a litigation associate at Foley Hoag llp, a large Boston-based law firm. There she developed a diverse commercial litigation practice, including corporate governance disputes; government investigations of alleged business crimes and consumer protection violations; and the defense of international accounting firms in shareholder and federal securities class actions.  She has also represented several pro bono clients in actions relating to domestic violence, special education, and mortgage fraud.  Clark received her J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2006 after spending her third year as a visiting student at Harvard Law School.  She was a Senior Editor of the BYU Law Review and an intern for Chief Justice Christine M. Durham of the Utah Supreme Court.  She received her A.B. in History and Literature from Harvard University in 2003.  Clark recently relocated to Utah with her husband and two daughters.
